Steel construction
At our production sites, we develop and manufacture custom tailor-made structural steelwork solutions for you, as well as offering series production of quantities large and small. We offer you a wide range of services, which currently spans steel bridge constructions, rail channels and single support point fastenings. We can also supply you with transition structures, for example for expansion joint systems, as well as lubricating systems, track components and track attachment components.
Welded constructions
We carry out the majority of works in our own internal machine park. This is extremely important to us, as the state of the art systems enable precise processing and finishing. But above all because of our employees, who are highly qualified in technical and manual disciplines, and thanks to whom we are often recommended to others. Their many years’ knowhow in drilling, chamfering, milling, welding and prefabrication is what enables our consistent product quality.
Sandblasting
We use our powerful continuous blasting system for material preparation of all rail tracks and steel profile sections. We treat special constructions and larger components in our blasting cabin.
Plasma cutting
Using our plasma cutting system, we can create high quality cuts of up to 25mm in construction steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with a processing area of 8,000 x 2,000mm.
Profile bending
Our roll bending machine and a CNC horizontal bending machine shape and bend the steel components
